At meagankelly LLC, all gowns are made to order, so we are unable to accept, returns, refunds or exchanges. Once an order has been placed, you have 48 hours to cancel your order. After the 48 hours, orders go into production and can no longer be cancelled. If there is an issue with the order, please contact us for resolution.
Standard shipping is through USPS and is free. If you wish to add expedited shipping or customized shipping, additional charges will be incurred.
